清空交换机配置（恢复出厂默认值）分为两种情况
（一）能记住设备设置的密码，操作的时候仔细确认交换机提示的人机对话输入Y还是N

设备重启以后，即恢复默认出厂值，串口登陆的时候会提示设置密码，按照正常配置即可。

（二）忘记设备设置的密码
1.按照案例库中 KB1000051984 清空密码，然后按照（一）操作即可。
2.按照案例库中 KB0000541826 操作，即可完成。
