如何恢复WLAN AC和AP的登录密码？

通过Console口连接设备

  1. 准备好Console通信电缆。

  2. PC端准备好终端仿真软件。


    如果PC使用系统自带的终端仿真软件，则无需另行准备；如果系统不带终端仿真软件，请您准备第三方终端仿真软件，使用方法请参照该软件的使用指导或联机帮助。


  3. 通过Console通信电缆连接PC和设备。将Console通信电缆的DB9（孔）插头插入PC机的9芯（针）串口插座，再将RJ-45插头端插入设备的Console口中。

  4. 在PC上打开终端仿真软件，新建连接，设置连接的接口以及通信参数。


    通信参数设置如下所示：

  5. 按“Enter”键，直到系统提示用户配置验证密码或提示用户输入用户名和密码。

通过蓝牙串口方式连接AP

  1. 在AP蓝牙的覆盖范围内，在用户终端上开启蓝牙，运行CloudCampus APP。

  2. 在“工具 > 厂商定制”中，打开“蓝牙串口”。

  3. 根据MAC地址找到目标AP，点击“连接”。

  4. 在弹出对话框中输入配对码“123456”，点击“确定”。


    待显示“连接成功”后，点击“进入”即可进入AP登录界面。

    仅Android9.0及后续版本需要输入配对码，Android9.0之前的版本在点击“连接”后将自动连接成功，无需输入配对码。


  5. 根据界面提示输入用户名和密码，登录到用户视图界面。


    如果点击“进入”后未跳出登录提示，请尝试点击终端键盘上的任意键，激活屏幕。


AC和AP的缺省用户名和密码

您可以在《WLAN缺省帐号与密码》（企业网、运营商）文档中获取各种缺省帐号与密码信息。获取该文档需要权限，如需升级权限，请查看网站帮助。

为保证设备安全性，使用缺省用户名和密码登录设备后，请及时修改密码并妥善保管。

如果所有密码均遗忘，对于有Default按钮的设备，可以长按Default按钮3s以上恢复出厂配置，设备的用户名和密码将恢复为缺省值；对于没有Default按钮的设备，请联系技术支持人员。

恢复Console密码

设备提供如下方法可以恢复Console口密码。

  • 对于AC请优先使用方法1，如果Telnet或STelnet密码也忘记了再使用方法2。

  • 对于FIT AP，如果已经在AC上上线请使用方法3；如果没有在AC上上线请使用方法4或方法6。

  • 对于FAT AP和云AP，请优先使用方法1，如果Telnet或STelnet密码也忘记了再使用方法5或方法6。

通过Telnet或STelnet登录设备修改Console口密码

如果用户拥有Telnet或STelnet账号，并且具有15级权限，则可以通过Telnet或STelnet登录到设备后修改Console口密码，然后保存配置。以下步骤以Telnet为例。

  1. 使用具有15级权限的Telnet账号登录设备。

  2. 修改Console用户的密码，以修改为密码认证，密码为“YsHsjx_202206”为例。

  3. 为了防止重启后配置丢失，执行save命令保存配置。

在BIOS下配置跳过Console口密码启动后，重新设置Console口密码

设备的BIOS提供了配置跳过Console口密码启动的功能，可以在用户使用Console口登录的时候跳过密码检查。这样系统启动后除了不需要输入Console密码外，与正常启动相同，也会完成所有配置加载。设备启动后修改Console口密码，然后保存配置。

  • 跳过密码检查存在安全风险，请务必保存好您的BootROM密码。

  • 要进入到BIOS菜单需要重启设备，会导致业务中断，请视具体情况做好设备数据备份，并尽量选择业务量较少的时间操作。

  • 清空Console口密码登录后请马上配置新的密码，否则登录超时或重启后，仍需要清空密码来登录。

  • 在此操作过程中不要对设备进行下电。

  1. 用串口线连接并重启设备，出现“Press CTRL+B to enter BIOS menu”打印信息时，按下“Ctrl+B”并键入密码后进入BIOS主菜单。


    用串口线连接设备的方法请参见通过Console口连接设备。

    不同版本的BootROM密码可能不同，具体可参见AC和AP的缺省用户名和密码。


  2. 配置跳过Console口密码登录。



    1. 输入BIOS菜单中“Clear password for console user”对应的序号，清除Console口密码。

    2. 输入BIOS菜单中“Boot with default mode”对应的序号，以缺省模式启动设备。

  3. 完成系统启动后，通过Console口登录时不需要认证，登录后执行命令set authentication password cipher，修改Console口密码。此处以登录认证模式为password模式，密码为“YsHsjx_202206”为例。

通过AC修改FIT AP用户密码

FIT AP仅支持单用户，即Console口用户、Telnet用户、SSH用户和Web用户均指同一个用户。

如果密码丢失但是FIT AP已经在AC上上线，可以通过如下方法修改或恢复FIT AP用户密码：

  • 在AC上执行ap username命令重新配置用户名和密码后下发给AP。

  • 在AC上执行undo ap username命令恢复AP的缺省用户名和密码后下发给AP。

通过AC下发配置的方式修改FIT AP用户名和密码，AC会自动将修改后的配置下发到AP，并会对所有AP生效。

  • 修改AP当前用户的密码

    <AC> system-view [AC] wlan [AC-wlan-view] ap username admin password cipher Enter the password (plain-text password of 8-32 characters or cipher-text password of 48 or 68 characters):   Confirm password:

  • 恢复AP的用户名和密码为缺省值

    <AC> system-view [AC] wlan [AC-wlan-view] undo ap username

通过UBoot恢复FIT AP用户密码

FIT AP仅支持单用户，即Console口用户、Telnet用户和SSH用户均指同一个用户。如果密码丢失且FIT AP没有在AC上上线，可以进入UBoot将设备的用户名和密码重置为缺省值。

  • 要进入到uBoot视图需要重启设备，会导致业务中断，请视具体情况做好设备数据备份，并尽量选择业务量较少的时间操作。

  • 在此操作过程中不要对设备进行下电。

  1. 用串口线连接并重启设备，出现“Press f or F to stop Auto-Boot ……”打印信息时，按下“f”并键入密码后进入uBoot视图。


    用串口线连接设备的方法请参见通过Console口连接设备。

    不同版本的BootROM密码可能不同，具体可参见AC和AP的缺省用户名和密码。


  2. 在uBoot视图下执行defaultuser命令，重置设备用户名和密码。


    ar7240> defaultuser  Start setting whether to Change Password.....  Current Bootup Change PW is N   Do you Want To Change The Default password, Y or N : Y    ar7240>


  3. 在uBoot视图下执行reset命令，重启设备。


    ar7240> reset  Resetting...

    系统启动完成，设备的用户名和密码恢复为缺省值。


在uBoot下配置跳过Console口密码启动后，修改Console口密码

设备的uBoot提供了配置跳过Console口密码启动的功能，可以在用户使用Console口登录的时候跳过密码检查。这样系统启动后除了不需要输入Console密码外，与正常启动相同，也会完成所有配置加载。设备启动后修改Console口密码，然后保存配置。

  • 跳过密码检查存在安全风险，请务必保存好您的BootROM密码。

在BootLoader下配置跳过蓝牙串口密码启动后，重新设置蓝牙串口密码

设备的BootLoader提供了配置跳过蓝牙串口密码启动的功能，可以在用户使用蓝牙串口登录的时候跳过密码检查。这样系统启动后除了不需要输入蓝牙串口密码外，与正常启动相同，也会完成所有配置加载。设备启动后修改蓝牙串口密码，然后保存配置。

  1. 在手机上通过CloudCampus APP以蓝牙串口方式连接并重启设备，出现“Press CTRL+B to enter BOOT menu”打印信息时，请三秒内按下“Ctrl+B”并输入BootLoader密码（首次进入BootLoader菜单时需设置密码）后进入BootLoader主菜单。


    通过蓝牙串口方式连接设备的方法请参见通过蓝牙串口方式连接AP。


  2. 配置跳过蓝牙串口密码登录。



    1. 输入BootLoader主菜单中“Password manager submenu”对应的序号，进入密码管理子菜单。

    2. 输入密码管理子菜单中“Clear the console login password”对应的序号，清空蓝牙串口登录密码。

      输入y后，设备会自动重启。

      Caution: A new console password must be set after the restart. Continue now? Yes(y) or No(n): y Clear Console Lockword Successfully.

  3. 完成系统启动后，通过蓝牙串口登录时不需要认证，登录后修改蓝牙串口密码。



    • 对于FAT AP和云AP，通过如下命令修改蓝牙串口密码。此处以登录认证模式为password模式，密码为“YsHsjx_202206”为例。

    • 对于FIT AP，设备重启后，在诊断视图下执行命令reset login password将登录设备的用户名和密码恢复为出厂默认的用户名和密码。然后使用默认用户名和密码登录设备，根据设备提示配置新的蓝牙串口密码。

对于FIT AP，如果已经在AC上上线请使用方法2；如果没有在AC上上线请使用方法3或方法4。

重新配置Telnet用户密码

Telnet或STelnet协议可以对设备进行远程维护和管理，如果Telnet或STelnet密码丢失，可以通过如下方法重新配置：

  • 使用比当前用户级别更高且至少具有3级权限的用户登录设备后重新配置。

  • 通过Console口登录设备后重新进行配置。

目前系统支持Telnet和STelnet登录的2种验证方式：

  • AAA方式：使用用户名+密码方式登录。

  • Password方式：只使用密码登录。

这里以对VTY0～4进行相同的配置为例。

AAA方式

  1. 创建Telnet用户huawei并设置密码为YsHsjx_202206

    该配置完成后用户可以使用用户名“huawei”，密码“YsHsjx_202206”登录设备。


  2. 为了防止重启后配置丢失，执行save命令保存配置。

Password方式

  1. 配置VTY用户界面0～4采用password认证，密码为“YsHsjx_202206”。

    该配置完成后用户可以输入密码“YsHsjx_202206”登录设备。

FIT AP仅支持单用户，即Console口用户、Telnet用户、SSH用户和Web用户均指同一个用户。

如果密码丢失但是FIT AP已经在AC上上线，可以通过如下方法修改或恢复FIT AP用户密码：

  • 在AC上执行ap username命令重新配置用户名和密码后下发给AP。

  • 在AC上执行undo ap username命令恢复AP的缺省用户名和密码后下发给AP。

WLAN设备支持通过Web网管方式进行远程维护和管理，如果Web用户密码丢失，可以通过如下方法重新配置：

  • 使用比当前用户级别更高且至少具有3级权限的用户登录设备后重新配置。

  • 通过Console口、Telnet或者STelnet方式登录设备后重新进行配置。

# 以用户名为admin123，密码为YsHsjx_202206为例，配置如下。

通过AC修改FIT AP用户密码

FIT AP仅支持单用户，即Console口用户、Telnet用户、SSH用户和Web用户均指同一个用户。

如果密码丢失但是FIT AP已经在AC上上线，可以通过如下方法修改或恢复FIT AP用户密码：

  • 在AC上执行ap username命令重新配置用户名和密码后下发给AP。

  • 在AC上执行undo ap username命令恢复AP的缺省用户名和密码后下发给AP。

通过AC下发配置的方式修改FIT AP用户名和密码，AC会自动将修改后的配置下发到AP，并会对所有AP生效。

  • 修改AP当前用户的密码

    <AC> system-view [AC] wlan [AC-wlan-view] ap username admin password cipher Enter the password (plain-text password of 8-32 characters or cipher-text password of 48 or 68 characters):   Confirm password:

  • 恢复AP的用户名和密码为缺省值

    <AC> system-view [AC] wlan [AC-wlan-view] undo ap username

恢复BIOS密码

BIOS提供了配置恢复、系统软件升级等功能，是设备安全、维护的基础。BIOS密码的安全性非常重要，需要慎重保存。如果BIOS密码丢失，可以通过恢复默认密码功能后重新设置新密码来进行修改。

请通过串口线连接设备完成下面的操作。

  1. 恢复默认密码，重启设备。


    用串口线连接设备的方法请参见通过Console口连接设备。

    不同版本的BootROM密码可能不同，具体可参见AC和AP的缺省用户名和密码。

  2. 在BIOS下修改密码。


    重启设备后，出现“Press CTRL+B to enter BIOS menu”打印信息时，按下“Ctrl+B”并键入密码后进入BIOS主菜单。

恢复uBoot密码

uBoot密码的安全性非常重要，需要慎重保存。如果uBoot密码丢失，可以通过恢复默认密码功能后重新设置新密码来进行修改。

  2. 在uBoot视图下修改uBoot密码。


    重启设备后，出现“Press f or F to stop Auto-Boot ……”打印信息时，按下“f”并键入密码后进入uBoot视图。

    ar7240> passwd  Start modify boot password.....  Confirm old password :    The password must be '0'~'9' , 'a'~'z' , 'A'~'Z' , or '@'!  Please enter new password :  Please confirm new password :    The password is changed successfully.

  2. 重新设置BootLoader密码。



    1. 重启设备后，出现“Press CTRL+B to enter BOOT menu”打印信息时，请三秒内按下“Ctrl+B”进入BootLoader主菜单。

      BootLoader的密码重置后默认为空，需要重新设置BootLoader密码。

    2. 输入新的BootLoader密码并确认密码，完成BootLoader密码修改。
